To Cosmonautics Day: "One Day of the Astronaut" Exhibition in Kaluga

"One Day of the Astronaut" exhibition opens on April 11, 2014, at Konstantin Tsiolkovsky State Museum of Cosmonautics (Kaluga).

An oudience will learn how the astronauts spend their day in weightlessness, which experiments and what kind of work they perform on board. All this can be seen by going through the "Space Station compartments" in which will be converted one of the exhibition halls of the museum.

"There are a lot of interesting exhibits at the exposition that tell about the life of orbiting the Earth astronauts,” - says the author of the exhibition, a head of the Department of the History of Space Rocketry Exhibition Irina Selyunina. - Many items are designed specifically for use in weightlessness, so even familiar to all as stuff have an different look and specific structure."

The exhibition will run until August 2014.
