Russian museums: Exhibition “100 small masterpieces” from the collection of the Moscow Museum-Estate “Ostankino” in Belgorod

March 28, 2014 in the exhibition hall of the Belgorod State Art Museum opened an exhibition of Russian portrait miniatures of the XVIII-XIX centuries from the collection of the Moscow Museum-Estate "Ostankino" titled "100 small masterpieces".

The exhibition is part of the joint activities with the Belgorod State Philharmonic, where in April will be held the festival "Sheremetev musical assemblies", as well as continuation of the project "Heritage of Museums of Russia – to Belgorod residents!"

The exhibition curator of the Moscow Museum-Estate "Ostankino" deputy director for research work Varvara Alexandrovna Rakina in her welcome address stressed that the presented collection will be first sees by Belgorod viewers, as even in the native museum it has not exhibited.

The exhibition runs till April 20, 2014.
