Russian language abroad: The new center of the study of the Russian language to be created in China

At the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the People's Republic of China was signed an agreement on cooperation between the Moscow State Pedagogical University and a high school of higher stage number 4 Shangqiu city of Central China's Henan Province. In accordance with the document, the parties plan to create a center for the study and dissemination of the Russian language to the younger generation of Henan Province.

In addition to the language training, the Chinese students will have the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of Russia. To do this, the Russian side will send its experts to the school of the Russian language and demonstrate modern teaching methods.

In its turn, the Russian university will be able to expand the projects implemented jointly with Chinese colleagues to focus on the school as a basis for the practice of their students studying Chinese language. The agreement is intended to make a noticeable contribution to the strengthening of Chinese-Russian friendship and the cooperation in the field of education, science and culture.
