The first Swedish library opened on June 6, 2014 under the roof of the Lutheran parish of St. Catherine in Saint-Petersburg.

As representatives of the parish told, in the library you can find the Swedish volumes on the history, religion and linguistics, so the library will surely be interesting for those who are already studying or would like to acquire the Swedish language. The collection also includes rare books in Swedish.
