President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a list of instructions following meeting of the Council on International Relations, held on July 3, 2014. Basically, they are addressed to the Government of Russia, says the Kremlin website.

One of the central themes of the meeting of the Council on International Relations was the problem of the study and teaching of the Russian language in school.

According to the List, before March 2015 it must be adopted a set of measures to improve public policy development, protection and support for Russian language.

Furthermore, the President of Russia instructed to adopt the Principles of State Youth Policy Strategy subject to the provisions of the state national policy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025 in respect of the implementation of tasks in the field of civil, patriotic and moral education of children and youth.

By that time the Cabinet should submit proposals to the federal target program "Youth of Russia" and the possibility of providing grants to youth public projects in strengthening civil unity, creating a culture of interethnic communication.

Until November, the Russian government has to prepare proposals on the improvement of the legal framework in the field of prevention and suppression activities aimed at the revival of Nazi ideology, the glorification of the crimes committed by the Nazis and their collaborators.

By February next year, Vladimir Putin expects from the Government ideas on improving the mechanisms for assessing the level of development of history students, and until March - the improvement of the state program "Patriotic Education of Citizens of the Russian Federation" for coordinating patriotic organizations, as well as to extend the program until 2020.

Regional leaders Vladimir Putin recommended until February 2015 to approve the package of measures to promote the traditional culture of the peoples of Russia, providing financial support for friendship houses, folk art and theater of the young spectator.

He also instructed the finalizing the project of Principles of state cultural policy to take into account the provisions of the State National Policy Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025 in respect of the implementation of tasks in the field of culture.
