Russian language and society: The Korean youth to be introduced to the history and culture in Khabarovsk

Korean students, studying Russian language, arrived in Khabarovsk on July 8. Their visit is held as part of the intergovernmental program of student exchange program, which has been operating in the regional center for about twenty tears.

The friendly visit of foreign guests will last six years. During this time, the Korean youth will be able to learn about Russian family traditions, to study the history of the regional center and to talk to Russian coevals, who study the culture and language of Korea.

The representative of the Department of Youth and Social Affairs of the city administration thinks that such youth communications is the best way to approach two countries: “The youth - is the future of our countries. And it depends on further international relations: politically and economically. The more they talk, the better understanding it will be”.

In 2015 with a return visit to the Republic of Korea will come the delegation from Khabarovsk to Busan.
