Memory of Russia: “Pantheon” of the memory of soldiers to be erected in Sevastopol

The Ministry of Defense of Russia plans to create a memorial complex "Pantheon" in Sevastopol. The purpose of the complex - to perpetuate the memory of those killed during the Great Patriotic War and local wars.

The Ministry of Defense will fully support both at the stage of the memorial construction and in the future. Residents of Sevastopol proposed to create a complex on the place of a memorial cemetery of Soviet troops near the village Dergachi. There are buried participants of the defense and liberation of Sevastopol, 17 heroes of the Soviet Union, young guerillas, commanders, and veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

Military cemetery in Crimea will be restored and given to the proper form.
