Exhibitions: The exposition “Masterpieces of the State Tretyakov Gallery” in the Kemerovo region

The culture and exhibition center “Vernissage” of the city of Prokopievsk (the Kemerovo region) hosts the exhibition “Masterpieces of the State Tretyakov Gallery” as part of the Year of Culture in Russia and the celebration of the Day of Miner.

For the first time residents of the south of Kuzbass will have opportunity to learn about the retrospective exposition, prepared by the best specialists of the federal museum.

Visitors are offered fifteen unique works of originals of the largest Russian artists of the second half of the XIX century from the collection of the State Tretyakov Gallery. A significant part of them are works of painters - members of the Association of Traveling Art Exhibitions, whose work is particularly appreciated by the founder of the Gallery Pavel Mikhailovich Tretyakov.

The exhibition will run until October 19.
