Information technology and culture: Belgorod readers study e-books

In the Belgorod region is launched an innovation project “Mobile Library”.  As part of it region’s residents will be able to estimate all the features of the e-literature. It is supposed that the interested reader can download the book with the help of special QR-code having smart phone or a tablet.

Now virtual shelves are located in districts of 5 largest stop complexes in Belgorod. They will be located there until the end of this month. Further the stands will appear in the largest shopping malls, parks of culture, and even in pedestrian areas of boulevards.
