Internet and Culture: the catalogs of art were Internet published by the Guggenheim Museum

Solomon Guggenheim Museum in New York have released 109 catalogs of art on its website, which were published in the period of 1937-1999.

Among them, the books dedicated to the works of Edvard Munch, Eva Hesse, Fernand Léger, Francis Bacon, Franitsheka Kupka, Paul Gauguin, Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele, and Wassily Kandinsky.

The archive directory has integrated subject index search with such the query as "theory", "Russian art", "art of Asia", "modern art", "European art", "modernism", "painting", "photo", "sculpture/installation."

In addition, search could be done alphabetically, or by a date, a title and an author.
