Information technology and authority: The project office to coordinate the transfer of state services into electronic view created at the Ministry of Communications

Minister of Communications and Mass media of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Nikiforov has held a regular meeting of the Sub-Commission on the use of information technology in the provision of public and municipal services.

The head of the Ministry of Communications of Russia reported that the ministry established a project office, which would coordinate the activities of the federal government and the regions on transfer of public services in electronic form. The results of this work and emerging issues will make to the subcommittee meeting which will now be held more frequently. This is the second project office in the department. Since 2013, the Ministry hosts a project office, which coordinates the implementation of regional systems of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SMEV).

During the meeting was also addressed the issue of creating a new e-service of the Federal Service for Labour and Employment (Rostrud) - "онлайнинспекция.рф". The resource will meet the growing needs of citizens in the protection of their labor rights.

The Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Alexey Kozyrev proposed to use login "онлайнинспекция.рф" the account of a Uniform system of identification and authentication. "It will allow registered users to easily access the features of the new service", - said the deputy minister.
