Exhibitions: The exposition, presented by A. S. Pushkin in the works of Abramtsevo artists, in Saint-Petersburg

September 11, 2014 at the Museum-Estate of G. R. Derzhavin is opened a new exhibition from the collections of the National Pushkin Museum, the Pushkin State Museum, the Museum-Reserve "Abramtzevo" - "Friend of a friend on the fate of strangers, they are relatives for inspiration…".

The exhibition features paintings, drawings, sculpture, arts and crafts and theater and decorative art. Over the years, artists have been associated with the estate Abramtzevo, participated in art "undertakings" of Savva Mamontov, performed sketches of decorations for home performances and productions of Russian Private Opera in Moscow, experimented in a pottery workshop, and later lived and worked in the village of "Novo-Abramtzevo".
