Libraries and society: The II International Congress “Library as a Cultural Phenomenon” in Minsk

October 22-23, 2014 in the National Library of Belarus (Minsk) takes place the II International Congress “Library as a Cultural Phenomenon”.

The Congress includes:

-The International Conference “Information society and society of knowledge: the role and place of libraries (October 22-23, the National Library of Belarus);

- The Scientific-practical Conference “Library education: traditions and innovations”, dedicated to the70th anniversary of library educations in Belarus (October 23, the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts);
