International events: The photo exhibition “Fragments of Beauty” opened in Saint-Petersburg during the XIV Week of Italian Language in the World

October 20, 2014 in the Main building of the National Library of Russia (Saint-Petersburg) as part of the “XIV Week of Italian Language in the World” took place the opening of the traveling photo exhibition “Fragments of Beauty”.

The exhibition features 48 photographs, collected with the support of the municipalities of the participating associations “The most beautiful small towns of Italy”.

The exhibition invites making a tour across cities, located far from the beaten tourist tracks, feel the charm of “small Italy”. Visitors of the exhibition will be able to feel the special atmosphere of the Italian province.

In the main building of the NLR the exhibition will run until October 26. From October 30 to November 12, the photo exhibition “Fragments of Beauty”, supplemented by materials from the collection of the NLR, will continue to work in the exhibition hall of the New building of the NLR in St. Petersburg.
