Information technology and culture: The State Russian Museum creates a virtual guide tour in the Summer Garden

The State Russian Museum contracted to develop applications for smart phones "Virtual Guide in Summer Garden".

The application will contain information about 65 sites in the Summer Garden, and will help visitors find the location on the data objects.

The annex will make a modeling and texturing of the three-dimensional plan of the Summer Garden with "clickable" objects. All the sculptures of the Summer Garden, as well as tea and coffee houses, greenhouses and red garden, sun swan in the channel, the Summer Palace of Peter I and fountains will be like that in the guide book.

The application will be available for devices running on both iOS and Android. Deadline contract is January 1, 2015.
