Society and culture: The Ministry of Culture and the Russian Geographical Society to sign Agreement on Interaction

December 5, 2014 at 15.00 the State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Culture Gregory Ivliev, will take part in the ceremony of signing of the Agreement on Cooperation between the Ministry of Culture of Russia and the Russian Geographical Society.

The document considers a joint work together to preserve and promote the cultural and historical heritage of Russia, forming and supporting public initiatives aimed at the study of ethno-cultural, geographical, historical and environmental primitive Russia, as well as efforts to attract wide attention of the Russian and international community to the unique historical cultural and geographical features of the Russian Federation for the intensive development of tourism.

On the part of the Russian Geographical Society the Agreement will be signed by the first Vice-President of the organization Arthur Chilingarov.
