Society and culture: Tasks to prepare a project of strategy for the state cultural policy of Russia

The draft strategy of the state cultural policy of Russia is requested to prepare before May 15. The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture will have to take measures to preserve in educational institutions in the implementation of new educational standards of continuing professional education in the arts.

The Ministry of Culture of Russia also mandated to consider the development and the implementation of nationwide project aimed at promoting the municipalities in the implementation of their activities on the development of the cultural environment.

Several orders of Golodets are associated with the development of public-private partnership in the field of culture and system of monitoring the implementation of state cultural policy.
