Publishing and Book Trade: Russia takes part in the 46th International Book Fair in Cairo

The Russian delegation that includes writers and scientists-orientalists takes part in the largest, newly resumed its work, the largest in the Middle East International Book Fair in Cairo.

Over 840 publishers from 26 countries are attending just opened book forum. Cairo forum that was always a most important event in the life of the region did not happen four years because of the revolution and the troubled situation in the country.

This year's forum in the Egyptian capital goes under the "Culture and Renovation" slogan. Saudi Arabia became its guest of honor. And Russia's stand is located next to the guest of honor.

In rich agenda of the Russian delegation is the roundtable on Russian-Egyptian relations along with lectures and master classes.

Cairo International Book Fair will run until February 12.
