History and culture: The exhibition of painting “Crimean stories” opened in Moscow

The exhibition of painting “Crimean stories” opened on March 18, 2015 in the building of the Ministry of Culture of Russia in Moscow. 

The exhibition “Crimean stories” is part of the international project “Palette of reality – Russian World”, the purpose of which is to show the audience the works, created in places, which influenced on the formation of the Russian culture and art.

Following the tradition of Russian Wanderers, participants of the Creative association "New Wanderers" held in autumn 2014 in Crimea the plein air under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture of Russia and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea, the results of this trip can be seen at the exhibition.

“I think it is right that creative associations “New Wanderers” arrange an exhibition in the building of the Ministry of Culture. And it is symbolic that on the 18th we open this exhibition. Exactly one year has passed, as the Crimea joined Russia. Wonderful landscapes that are presented here, are made in different techniques and written at different times, but all works reflect the beauty of the nature of the Crimea”, - said Deputy Minister of Culture Elena Milovzorova.
