Anniversaries of Russia: The Exhibition to the 110th anniversary of the famous commander A. I. Rodimtsev in Volgograd

On March 8, 2015, will be 110 years since the birth of the famous commander, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, honorary citizen of the hero city of Volgograd, the legendary commander of the 13th Guards Rifle Division during the Battle of Stalingrad A. I. Rodimtsev.

The exhibition at the "Battle of Stalingrad" Panoramic Sight Museum (Volgograd), which is supported by the Volgograd regional branch of the Russian military-historical society and began its work on March 6, 2015, is dedicated to the hero’s anniversary.

The exhibition features documents, photographs, personal belongings of A. I. Rodimtsev, the books of his memories, as well as a portrait of the artist by V. A. Tsygulev.
