Memorable dates of Russia: The exhibition project of Italian photographer “Trough the Glass: Chekhov” to the 155th anniversary of the writer in Rostov-on-Don

10 April 2015

April 8, 2015 in the Rostov regional Museum of Fine Arts is held the solemn opening of the exhibition of Italian photographer Enzo Rozamilya “Through the Glass: Chekhov”. The exhibition features new photographs of the author, dedicated to the 155th anniversary of A. P. Chekshov as well as works from different years.

The name of the author defines a multi-valued cultural code, thus inviting each viewer to co-creation. Through the Glass - through time and space. Photographer creates a new reality, watching it through the lens of the camera. One of the main characters of Chekhov's visual is a pince-nez, through which, as if through a magnifying glass, a writer and playwright is overseeing the private life and world history.
