Internet and culture: website offers virtual tour over the Orthodox churches in Estonia

Internet project that offers users to take a virtual tour over the Orthodox churches in Estonia was launched with the support of the Estonian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate.

Orthodox Churches of the Estonia - Virtual Tour Internet-portal is based on interactive spherical panoramas. Overall, 109 panoramas were created for this project. With its help, users can go through the interiors of selected churches and to admire its sights from aerial views. In addition, the descriptions and pre-histories of holy sites with constructions are available on the website.

Internet portal presents all the parishes of the Estonian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate and Pühtitsa Stavropegial Holy Dormition Monastery.
