Exhibitions: The exhibition “Great Novgorod in the palette of artists” opened

June 25, 2015 at the State Museum of Art of the Novgorod land started working the exhibition of the museum "Veliky Novgorod in the palette of artists", the exhibition is held within the framework of the exhibition project "Introduction to the collection".

In 2013 in Veliky Novgorodhosted the I Russian open-air "Veliky Novgorod in the palette of artists". open-air held in the framework of the project - the winner of the VII regional competition of innovative creative projects "Novgorodika". Participants of the picturesque forum was 31artist of the North - West and Central regions of the country. Geography vast cities - Pskov, Petrozavodsk, St. Petersburg, Murmansk, Cherepovets, Vologda, Vladimir, Moscow, Syktyvkar, Kirov, Odintsovo, Veliky Novgorod.

Upon completion of the open-air its participants transferred to the museum the best works of art, which formed the basis of the exhibition. The exhibition features works by 17 authors, including Tatiana Vasilyeva, Syktyvkar, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, the People's Artist of the Republic of Komi; Chekmasova Valentine, Petrozavodsk, People's Artist of Russia; Feofilaktov Alexander, Murmansk, Honored Artist of Russia; Gorbachev Sergei, Kirov, Honored Artist of Russia; Sergey Sirenko, Moscow, Professor of MGAHI V. I. Surikov.

The exhibition will run until August 2, 2015.
