Internet and society: The content of the website “Orthodox shrines” continued

June 24, 2015 the website “Orthodox shrines” is launched. For the last month it was taken fifteen hundred descriptions of icons, holy places and temples. The project is dedicated to the millennium anniversary of the death of the Baptist of Rus’ Prince Vladimir. During this time, about 500 people took part in filling the people's encyclopedia.

According to organizers, the website will be useful to those who intend to make a pilgrimage, as well as all those interested in this subject.

The data at the website is systematized and presented in a user-friendly form. In particular, by going to the page of interest to the saint, you can find his life, prayer, canons, hymns and other information.
