Internet and society: The live broadcast from web-cameras launched at the website of the Valaam Monastery

The website of the Valaam monastery launches a new functionality - Live broadcast from the web cameras installed in the bell tower of the Transfiguration Cathedral. Now pictures of the Valaam world are available not only to pilgrims and tourists, but also visitors of the website.

These days, one more additional permanent camcorder leads webcast with singing of the field during the first St. Vladimir's Valaam Festival of Orthodox singing "Educator", which takes place from 26 to 28 July 2015.

The website of the monastery is planned to place a documentary record of the festival for consultation in a video library of the Valaam Monastery.
