The 39th session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, held in Germany from June 28 to July 8, has been recognized as an outstanding value of Sinsky poles are included in the World Heritage site "Natural Park "Lena Pillars" which has had that status since 2012. Now Yakutia provides two World Heritage objects of a total area of ​​1.3 million hectares.

According to the scientists, the two objects - Lena and Sinsky poles - will help the study of the early evolution of life on Earth during the Cambrian explosion. On Sinskaya pillars are located deposits containing rich set of fossils that are 535-510 million years, experts say.

In addition, the Sinsky poles in several places on the rocky outcrops are preserved Neolithic figures.
