Libraries and Society: IFLA World Library and Information Congress and 81st IFLA General Conference and Assembly in Cape Town

IFLA World Library and Information Congress and 81st IFLA General Conference and Assembly will be held in Cape Town (South Africa) from the 15th to 21st of August 2015.

A theme conference is the "Dynamic Libraries: Access, Development and Transformation."

The conference brought together experts from around the world to exchange ideas, to share experiences, to present for discussions new information technologies and achievements in librarianship. A delegation of the Presidential Library participates in the forum.

An exhibition, which will showcase the latest developments in the library-information technologies field and the newest print and electronic releases, will work on the days of the conference.
