Memorable dates of Russia: The photo exhibition “Holy Land” opened in Veliky Novgorod to the Day of Russian statehood

September 21, 2015 in Veliky Novgorod were held celebrations, dedicated to the Day of Russian statehood, the Nativity of Our lady and the 153^rd anniversary of the opening of the monument “Millennium of Russia”. 

The Museum of Fine Arts (Noble Assembly) hosted the presentation of the traveling photo exhibition “History of the monument “Millennium of Russia” in photographs”.

In the Column Hall of the A. Arensky Novgorod Regional Philharmonic was opened a photo exhibition of the Novgorod branch of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society "Holy Land". The visitors of the exhibition will feature photographs taken by an active member of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society Vladimir Shelgunov who visited Holy Land more than 10 times.
