Russian regions: The regional department of the Russian Military-Historical Society to be open in Tatarstan

In Kazan took place the ceremony of signing of the Protocol of Intent between the Russian Military-Historical society and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the establishment of a regional branch of the Russian Military-Historical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan". The document was signed by Chairman of the Russian Military-Historical Society, the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky and Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov.

"Tatarstan was the largest logistical center in wartime. Measures to perpetuate historical memory are held every year in a big way in Tatarstan. I would like the local branch is actively involved in the life of RVIO, we have a lot of interesting projects, - said Vladimir Medinsky".
