Society and culture: The largest specialists of the restoration industry from different countries in Kazan

September 16-18, 2105 in Kazan is held the II International Congress of Restorers.

The main theme of the forum will be a large-scale domestic and international practice in the field of conservation and restoration of historical and cultural heritage.

Industry experts from various regions of Russia, possessing unique experience in the field of restoration works and projects, will exchange experience with leading international experts representing the western restoration school. The congress is attended by managers and specialists of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, representatives of federal and regional authorities.

Russia - one of the oldest countries in the world, which has a rich ancient history. Today there are about 140 thousand valuable objects in Russia. 25 thousand are historical and cultural monuments of federal significance. 26 sites are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, 24 more - claim to be getting there.

Preserving the richest cultural heritage of our country is one of the primary tasks of the Ministry of Culture of Russia. And to solve this problem two years ago was organized a large-scale event in which leading domestic and foreign experts and restorers were able to share experiences, discuss and find solutions to the pressing problems of the industry. 

As part of the forum it is planned to hold exhibitions of Russian projects in the field of restoration and the meeting of the Union of restorers of Russia.
