Society and book culture: II All-Russia Festival of Children’s Books in Moscow

October 31 - November 2, 2015 the Russian State Children's Library (Moscow) under the support of the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications is hosting the II All-Russian Festival of Children's Books.

The festival is intended not just for readers of all ages, but also for all those who contribute to the books: authors, publishers, painters, editors, distributors of books, librarians, teachers, critics and journalists.

The unifying theme of the festival will be informative literature.

The festival will include 33 master classes, 150 meetings with writers and painters, three round tables and two workshops on informative literature and illustration, promotion and use of books to assist teachers. Fifty publishing houses will also be presented.
