
History and culture: The International Scientific Conference “Russian foreign publishing” (XIX-XX)” in Moscow
7-8 October 2015 the A. Solzhenitsyn House House of Russian Abroad (Moscow) and the Institute of Russian History invite to visit the International scientific conference "Russian foreign Publishing (XIX-XX centuries.)".
The Conference aims to consider Russian foreign publishing on a wide chronological (XIX-XX centuries), typological (books, magazines, almanacs, daily newspapers, weekly magazines and quarterlies), geographic (Europe, Asia, Africa, America, Australia) and an interdisciplinary (history, philology, political science, sociology, bibliography, archival science, library science) background.
During the conference participants and guests can attend two exhibitions: "Publishing of Chekhov of the East European Foundation" and "New acquisitions to the archive houses of the A. Solzhenitsyn House of Russian Abroad: materials G. A. Khomyakov and the magazine "Bridges".
