Information technology and culture: Virtual branch of the Russian Museum to open at the Anokhin National Museum in Gorno-Altaysk

November 3, 2015, the Anokhin National Museum of Gorno-Altaisk (Altai Republic) opens the 175th Informational and Educational Center "Russian Museum: Virtual Branch." This is the second virtual branch of the Russian Museum in Gorno-Altaisk. The first one was opened on August 15, 2011 at the Central Library of Gorno-Altaisk.

Opening of the Informational and Educational Center "Russian Museum: Virtual Branch" at the Anokhin National Museum will contribute to the introduction of a wider audience to the values of Russian culture through modern information technology. This event will give rise to a new stage in the promotion of the fine arts of the Altai Republic in Russia and abroad due to the formation of a single cultural and information space between the project participants.
