President of Russia: Vladimir Putin in his Address to the Federal Assembly noted the need to improve the level of schoolchildren’s education

President of Russia Vladimir Putin on 3 December 2015 addressed to the Federal Assembly with annual messages. Announcement traditionally took place in the St. George Hall of the Kremlin in the presence of over 1,000 delegates.

The Address was attended by members of the Federation Council, State Duma deputies, members of the Government, heads of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, regional governors, the chairmen of the legislative assemblies of the Federation, heads of traditional religions, public figures, including the head of the Public Chamber of Regions, the heads of major media. 

In his speech, the head of state said: "The strength of Russia - in the free development of all peoples, in the variety and harmony of cultures and languages, and our traditions, mutual respect, dialogue and Orthodox, and Muslims, followers of Judaism and Buddhism…

We can argue about ways to address those or other problems. But we must maintain our unity, to remember that the main thing for us - Russia".

Putin also said that it is necessary to increase the level of education of schoolchildren. In his opinion, it is necessary to create new training places allocated to fifty billion rubles for repair of schools.

The President also proposed to involve the business in order to take the best from the Soviet practice of the study circles and houses of Pioneers. He recalled the World Championships in trades WorldSkills, to be held in Kazan in four years. Vladimir Putin proposed to organize a program of improving professional skills, calling it the "Young Professionals".
