History of Saint-Petersburg: New Year exhibition “The Magic lantern” in Saint-Petersburg

Until January 30, 2016 at the Museum "Many-ranked Petersburg" is running the Christmas exhibition "The Magic Lantern".

The exhibition provides a glimpse into the life of St. Petersburg apartment building, and tells how its residents celebrated the winter holidays, about what toys girls and boys were dreaming about in the early XX century, what kind of games, entertainment and fairy tales created a festive mood of citizens a hundred years ago.
