Museums of Russia: The Khlebnikov House-Museum entered the encyclopedia “Literary Museums of Russia”

Within the framework of the Year of Russian literature in the State Literary Museum (Moscow) was initiated a large-scale project - edition of the encyclopedia "Literary Museums of Russia".

One of the main objectives of the project - a kind of "census" of Russian literary museums, including federal, state, municipal, private and existing volunteer in educational institutions, scientific and cultural institutions. In addition, according to the organizers, the result of the encyclopedia edition will not only structuring of information about literary museums in the country, but also the acquisition of a new quality of their communications - each of them will receive a kind of "account" in the "social network" of literary museums, where word of mouth will be discussed the organization, its achievements and innovations that will allow colleagues to learn more about the work and about the possibilities of inter-museum cooperation. 

The encyclopedia will include the article about the only literary museum in Astrakhan and the only in the world Velimir Khlebnikov House-Museum. It will tell about its history, exposition, foundations, publications, achievements and rewards.

It should be noted that the scientific museum rating is quite high: materials are published in scientific collections of the M. Gorky Institute of World Literature (Moscow), the Russian State Museum (St. Petersburg), in publishing houses of the University of Amsterdam, Lyon, Florence, Sao Paulo.

The Khlebnikov Museum – a winner of competitions of the President of Russia, "Changing Museum in a Changing World" (a multimedia project using "augmented reality" technology), "Museum Guide" (web-site), three times winner of Klebnikov Prize (Astrakhan).
