Electronic libraries: The layout of hardware and software complex of e-library of the Ministry of Defence to be presented at the forum “Army-2016”

The General Directorate of Information and Telecommunication Technologies of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in the framework of the II International Military-Technical Forum "Army 2016" (to be held September 6-11, 2016) will present the exhibition stand with innovative developments in the interests of a unified automated information-educational environment of the Ministry of Defence of Russia.

There will be presented software and hardware complex of the Russian Federation of e-library of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, allowing to demonstrate basic functionality of the access to information resources of educational, scientific, design and technological organizations, archives and libraries of the Ministry of Defence, the formation of a centralized information and educational environment at the expense of combining local electronic library resources.

The main agency of the development of information and telecommunication technologies will introduce visitors of the forum "Army 2016" with the core activities of the Office and the prospects of the use of information and communication technologies for the benefit of the Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
