Information technology and authority: The navigator through government websites is developed

The Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation announced the completion of the development of a single navigation tool between government websites "Gosbar". It will provide citizens with rapid transition between the Internet websites of government agencies.

""Gosbar" will help citizens to easier navigate in the public space of the Internet: allows you to quickly find the right agency, its contact information, become familiar with the services provided, or go to the official website", - said the director of department of development of e-Government Ministry of Communications of Russia Vladimir Auerbach.

Auxiliary program element (widget) "Gosbar" can be placed on any Internet resource of the federal, regional authorities and local governments. Search string of "Gosbar" is located under the address bar of the browser in the form of an independent panel and the portal enables search through the services provided and the site authorities. At the moment, "Gosbar" is built into the beta version of the Unified portal of public services (beta.gosuslugi.ru).

The system interface can be adapted to the design of any public resource. Navigator "Gosbar" is implemented as a web application and is compatible with all popular operating systems and browsers. Also, search engine is available for the mobile version of websites.
