To the 55th anniversary of the first manned space flight: Exhibitions of the Kaliningrad Historical and Art Museum about space opened in Poland and Germany

The exhibition "I see Earth!", prepared by the specialists of the Kaliningrad Regional History and Art Museum with the support of the Regional Ministry of Culture, was opened at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Berlin April 12, 2016 as part of a gala evening dedicated to Cosmonautics Day. From here the exhibition will be available until the end of April, then it will be presented in Dresden.

In addition, the exhibition "The Star Brotherhood" was opened on the same day at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Warsaw. The exhibition dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the first manned flight into space, tells about the pages of the study and exploration of outer space.

The funds of the Kaliningrad History and Art Museum keep more than a thousand exhibits, telling about the history of Russian cosmonautics. Pride of the museum - a rich collection of materials dedicated to the Kaliningrad cosmonauts Alexei Leonov, Yuri Romanenko, Victor Patsaev, Alexander Victorenko. Currently, the museum has an exhibition "Thus the legend began", where you can see rare photographs and documents, as well as real things that were in space with Alexei Leonov and Yuri Romanenko.
