World culture: The exhibition of architectural drawing from the State Tretyakov Gallery collection is opened in Rome

The foundation of the exhibition opened in Rome "Only Italy" is works from the State Tretyakov Gallery and Sergey Choban Foundation (Berlin).

The Moscow Museum brought to the exhibition of over seventy architectural landscapes. According to the director of the Tretyakov Gallery Zelfira Tregulova many artifacts never exhibited before to the public. She stressed that the interest in the culture of Italy and, in particular, Renaissance has always been great in Russia.

For the exhibition there were selected paintings of Italian and French artists and architects working in our country, and their domestic counterparts to draw inspiration during multiple trips to Italy.

Visitors can see works which have created over the centuries. Here are the figures of B. Bazhenov, A. Bryullov, M. Vrubel, A. Benoit, V. Serov, as well as contemporary artists.
