Internet and culture: Presentation of the Internet-resource “Old Russian literature in manuscripts” in Saint-Petersburg to the Day of Slavic writing and culture

May 24, 2016 in the main building of the National Library of Russia (St. Petersburg) is held a presentation of the Internet resource "Old Russian literature in manuscripts".

Ancient unique manuscripts survived to the present day the great cultural heritage are stored in special conditions, and can now be seen only on the exposure time and in rare facsimile editions.

Now, for any reader in the public domain are available such unique monuments like the famous Kiev-Pechersk Paterikon known at school "Lay," "The Tale of Peter and Fevronia", "Story of a mayor Schile", fragments of the Illuminated Chronicle and famous collection of Kirsa Danilova, other stories, the moral sense is not lost in our days.
