Memorable dates of Russia: The exhibition “I’ll be back…” timed to the 125th anniversary of the birth of M. A. Bulgakov in Yalta
M. A. Belgakov Charity Fund (Moscow) and the A. P. Chekhov House-Museum in Yalta present the exhibition "I'll be back…" timed to the 125th anniversary of the birth of writer Mikhail Bulgakov.
The exhibition presents the materials related to the theatrical performances of the play "Days of Turbins", the biographical material, printed publications. You can also see on display a bust of Mikhail Bulgakov by sculpture G. P. Bessarabian; suitcase, which first came to Moscow in 1924 with sister of M. A. Bulgakov Elena; stand for a matchbox, owned by M. A. Bulgakov.
In addition, the exhibition presents memorial items from the collection of the A. P. Chekhov House-Museum, in particular, a copy of the novel Bulgakov "Diaboliad" with an inscription by the author Mikhail Chekhov, a personal album with M. Chekhov signed by the writer.
The exhibition will run until July 19, 2016.
