Libraries and society: IFLA Strategic Plan for the 2016-2021 is available in Russian

The website of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions, IFLA, released the IFLA Strategic Plan on 2016-2021 Years translated into Russian.

The IFLA Board has approved the strategic plan, which includes the key IFLA initiatives for 2015-2016 years, in December 2015.
