Culture and authority: Role of libraries in Strategy of state cultural policy to be discussed at the Parliamentary Forum in Vladimir

June 23, 2016 in Vladimir is held the IV Parliamentary Forum "Historical and cultural heritage of Russia" on the theme "Heritage values, traditions:  a look into the Future", organized by the Federation Council in conjunction with the administration of the Vladimir region. The forum is held under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko.

The section № 2 "Values. Culture as the basis of values of Russian society" proposals would be submitted for inclusion in the draft resolution of the Forum on the role of libraries in the state cultural policy strategies, which were submitted to the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education and Culture.
