"The Russian Civil War (1917-1922): Historical Memory and Issues of Memorialization of Red and White Movement" all-Russian scientific-practical conference is taking place on June 9-10, 2016, in Omsk.

- Memorialization and oblivion as the methods of forming the historical memory of the nation about the revolution and civil war.

- The museums of the Civil War history and the of museum activity in Russia.

- Military cemeteries and memorials of the “red” and “white” movement.

- Historical monuments of the Civil War in the city cultural space.

- Omsk - the capital of the “white” Russia: the individuals, monuments and memorial sites, and intangible cultural heritage.

- The leaders of the “white” and “red” movement in the historical memory of the people and problems of memorialization.

- Toponymical system as a way of memorialization of the heroes of the Civil War.
