The Belarusian Orthodox Church (BOC) and the National Historical Archives of Belarus have started a project to digitize old documents.

BOC transferred to the archive for digitizing inventories of buildings Mogilev region carried out in 1938-1939 years. In 2012, these documents were obtained by the Church History Museum BOC at Minsk Theological Academy of Archpriest Alexander Saltykov (Moscow). Earlier, the National Historical Archive digitized and returned BOC acts of marriage of Stolbtsovskaya Anna's church in 1888.

The State Archives has remained their digital copy. In the Belarusian Exarchate hope that the Church History Museum, the BOC will become a platform for the temporary transfer of archival documents from the parishes to the National Historical Archive to digitize. Past experience has shown that the storage of files in one location leads to a loss of documents. The creation of digital copies, which will be located in state and church structures, will keep the documents for posterity.
