Information technology and libraries: The first mobile library was opened in Penza

A virtual bookcase, where the owners of smart phones can by one touch download free e-books via QR-code appeared in front of the House of Youth in Penza since August 11, 2016.

On the shelves of "Mobile Library" you can find more than 60 e-modern and classic works of Russian and foreign literature, including English.

To use the service, you need a smart phone or tablet with access to the mobile Internet.

To download an e-book on a mobile device of the service to users it is fairly considered using QR-code mobile device's camera - a special bar code that is located in the "spine" of the book desired.
