Russian culture abroad: The exhibition “Monuments of architecture of the XVIII century” in Belgrade

The exhibition "Monuments of architecture of the XVIII century" is held in Belgrade Russian center through September 2016.

Excellent public buildings, museums and churches built in the spirit of Classicism, Baroque, Empire in this fertile and rich period of Russian history decorate modern Russia and attract huge number of tourists.

Therefore, Russian workers of the Belgrade Centre decided to open a mini-exhibition for those who have not yet had time to visit Russia and admire the beautiful monuments of the XVIII century.

Until September, the walls of the Russian Center in Belgrade will decorate color photographs of such monuments as the Pashkov House in Moscow, the Kazan Cathedral in St. Petersburg, the Grand Palace and the Marly Palace in Peterhof, the Kazan Transfiguration Church in Tutaev, the Derzhavin Museum-Estate in St. Petersburg, the House of Peter I in Kolomenskoye and many others.
