Memory of the World: The II World Youth Forum "Historical memory: the link between generations" is held in Sofia

From 24 to 27 September 2016 in Sofia is held the II World Youth Forum of Russian Compatriots "Historical memory: the link between generations". It was attended by youth leaders from nearly 70 countries.

Among the main topics of the meeting - ways to counteract attempts of distortion of history; strengthening ties with the historical homeland of compatriots; the role of the media of compatriots in the dissemination of historical truth. We also discuss measures to expand the Russian-speaking space and popularization of Russian culture and education abroad; interaction compatriots' organizations abroad with Russian regions.
