Today few people know, where come from the concept of "ruble", "fifty dollars", "penny" and "money"… The exhibition will not only answer these questions, but will provide an opportunity to see how to change the look and weight of Russian coins from the Dmitry Donskoy to our days.

The oldest exhibits – money of the Horde khans and coins Russian principalities. There are presented notes during the Civil War: visitors will see the monetary issues of the White Guard governments (Kolchak, Denikin, Yudenich, Atamans Dutova, Semenov and others). It is interesting to see the banknotes of individual cities and provinces of the vast Russian Empire, as well as to find out what paid for work in the German concentration camps and labor camps of the NKVD, which money produced in Germany for the occupied areas of the Soviet Union and what Russia produced coins for Poland, Georgia, Finland and other countries.
